Sidney James Walker, an orphan and ward of the state from the very first day he was born had been moved from one foster home to another for his first six years. Some of these had been good but the last had been very bad. After that last foster home the Social Services agency brought Sidney to a place called, New Seasons Children’s Home, which is both an orphanage and school. He quickly adjusted to his life there when he found out no one would beat on him like that last place. He fit in very quickly when the children’s home’s director discovered Sidney is very smart. He has some great ideas to help find much-needed funding to keep both the home and school up and running. This news about Sidney’s many talents and helpful ideas spread to even some neighbors living close to the school.
